A fixed-scope look at where AI creates real value in your business, and where it's creating risk. You get a clear recommendation, not a slide deck of possibilities.
Private AI systems
When the answer is to build, I build. Local AI systems on your own hardware, running on your documents, with nothing sent to outside providers.

Rendersafe · Private AI for defence
LiveRendersafe trains operators for high-consequence environments. Their documents can't go anywhere near a public AI tool.
I designed and run a private AI system on their own hardware that lets their team search and question their material securely. When the off-the-shelf approach proved unreliable at reasoning across a whole document library, I re-engineered it rather than accept the limit.
Nothing leaves their environment.

Why me
I've spent my career where trust and pressure meet.
I've advised founders and leadership teams through the last big technology cycle, and I've seen where hype costs money. I write songs that have reached around two billion streams, which taught me to work discreetly with high-profile people. And I run a martial arts academy, which taught me that clear thinking under pressure is a skill you can build.
